Various passes are available, which include hospitality and social events. Payments can be made via credit card.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice at info@esube.org, mentioning the 

1. billing address inc. VAT identification number
2. all details about the delegate attending (Firstname, Last name, email address, working city, and country)
3. type of Pass.

For cancellation, a refund is possible until January 15, 2026. Cancellation fee 100€. Thereafter, no refund is available.

3-Day Pass: 2 100 € inc. welcome reception and congress dinner. (February 26-28)

2-Day Basic Pass: Lumbar Basic Course and Congress (February 26-27): 1,600 € inc. welcome reception and congress dinner.

2-Day Advanced Pass: Congress + Advanced Lumbar and Cervical Course (February 27-28): 1,600 € inc. welcome reception and congress dinner.

Industry pass (February 26-28): 500 € inc. welcome reception and congress dinner.

Welcome reception single ticket (Accompanying person): 65 €

Congress dinner single ticket (Accompanying person): 75 €

Social event (optional): Boat trip on the Guadalquivir river: 30 €
